These cabins will sleep up to twelve people with the optional second and third bedrooms.
Option 1: Main Cabin. (Sleeps 2 to 4) with a king size bed in the master bedroom and the futon (full bed) in the spacious living room with stone fireplace. Both of these rooms have sliding glass doors that access the private deck with porch swing, table and chairs, overlooking the river (only 100 feet away - BEST VIEW)! Master Bathroom has shower/bath spa for 2, stainglass window and hairdryer. the kitchen is complete with utensils and a comfortable large living-dining with cable TV/DVD/CD/MP3 player, wireless DSL and central AC/heat. On the beach outback are BBQ grills, picnic tables and campfirering with chairs.(Wood for sale locally)
Option 2: One extra bedroom with 1 king and 1 full size bed, cable TV with a DVD/CD/MP3 player, 1.5 baths, separate AC and heat.
Option 3: Two extra bedrooms with 1 king and 1 full size bed, cable TV with a DVD/CD/MP3 player, 1.5 baths, separate AC and heat.
- If guests not staying at the river cabins are using this facility, the renters will be charged for the maximum capacity per night.
- Security deposit required - refundable after inspection (it is mailed back or put on credit card). Renters are liable for any property damage beyond normal use...
